What:
Two leading brand dance parties back to back over two nights at Sydney’s legendary Hordern Pavilion and Fox Studios Site.
International DJ’s included, Ferry Corsten (no 5 in the world) and Deep Dish (no 10 in the world)
13,000 guests over two nights.
What we did:
- Full Event Production Design for Hordern Pavilion, Byron Kennedy Room, Stage 11, Hordern Forecourt and supporting structures.
- Design of one production system that took in all requirements for two different promoters, over two different nights and with two different types of clientele.
- Contract all equipment suppliers
- Contract all additional crew
- Logistical support for bump in, operation of event and bump out.
- Full Lighting, Laser Programming and Operation in Hordern Pavilion, including re-programming to allow for a unique look and feel for each night.
Outcome:
- Promoters, International Artists, local DJs and crowd very happy with the end result
- Client re-booked lightwright PRODUCTIONS for all future events in the Hordern Pavilion.
- Production budget on target.
- New work gained from different promoters based on what they saw.
- Positive print and on-line press reviews.
